Jasi was brought to us by his owner when they could no longer provide for him. He was very well taken care of, up to date on all of his shots, very socialized, and is well trained to understand certain commands.
Jasi was used to lying around the house so coming to live at In-Sync has been a very big change for him. There are pillows on the platforms in his den area to mimic the sofa he was used to but, took him some time to get used to his new surroundings. Jasi has made friends very quickly with Nefi and loves to splash around in his tub or play with the spray from the water hose while cleaning his enclosure.
Jasi does have a heart condition for which he is on medication, and is monitored closely. Because of the personal attention we give him for his heart condition he has accepted us and looks forward to visits from the volunteers. His previous owner still comes to visit him and we encourage her to continue visiting him as often as possible.
